For all Shippings into Switzerland, Nilton Clothing is using the national poste. Before the check-out, you have the choice between priority or economy. If during your check-out, you have selected priority shipping, we will provide you the tracking number of your parcel and explications how to track it.


Europe

For all Shippings in Europe, Nilton Clothing is using the swiss national poste. If during your check-out you have selected economic shipping, you won't get any tracking number. If during your check-out, you have selected priority shipping, we will provide you the tracking number of your parcel and explications how to track it.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.


World

Returns

We accept returns for up to 30 days of delivery. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with the tags attached. To send an item back to us, please contact us sales@niltonclothing.com before . You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Nilton Clothing cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee. Send your package to:

If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Nilton Clothing is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. You will have then two possibilities :

  • Refund of entire product value in SFR - swiss francs

    Nilton Clothing will refund you, minus shipping costs, within 1-2 weeks. All reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment as was used in the initial transaction.

  • Receive in-store code for your next purchase

    Nilton Clothing will provide you a private and single-use code of the amount of your previous order. This code can directly be used for your next purchase

We are very sorry if the item you got has some quality issues! Please contact us first sales@niltonclothing.com and we will find together the best solution for you!

Exchange

Keep in mind due to our small stock quantity we might not be able to satisfy your wish. We will give our best to make you happy. Contact us first sales@niltonclothing.com. If we have the preferred size in stock then we will await the return of the original product before shipping the new one out. You will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
